Directions
for use
1. Application
Mastercure RB-1 has
been designed for spray application
over the freshly laid concrete once
the visible surface water has evaporated
from the green concrete surface i.e.
typically 30 to 120 minutes after
placing the concrete. A thin layer
of
Mastercure RB-1 is
applied to the whole concrete surface
using a power driven equipment. For
small areas hand operated spray gun
can be used. Ensure uniform application.
The pump pressure should be maintained
at a level to produce fine spray.
Allow the product to dry 4 to 6 hours
exposure to foot traffic. Protect
the applied area from rain for at
least 2 to 4 hours.
2. Coverage
The rate of application depends on
requirements but is typically within
the range of 0.1 to 0.2 kg/sq. m.
depending on wind humidity and temperature.
Cleaning of tools & Equipment
Immediately after use the spray equipment
should be cleaned out thoroughly with
'Masterklean SOL'
or xylene or petrol.
Storage and shelf life
It has a shelf life 12 months. Containers
should be kept airtight to prevent
surface evaporation.

5 Litre, 20 Litre and 200 Litre
Precautions
It is advisable to wear goggles while
spraying. Inhalation of spray should
be avoided. When it contacts with
skin, should be cleaned immediately.
Seek medical advise incase of contact
with eyes.
