Surface Preparation
Surface preparation is of great importance and will affect the degree of adhesion and performance of the coating. The surface should be sound & free from loose particles fungus, moss, oils and greases Clean the surface by wire brush, remove loose particles. Wipe out oils and greases by solvent if present.


Mixing
Pour Part II in part I container and mix by Spatula till homogeneous paste is achieved or stirrer attached to a slow speed electric drill motor. ALLOW IT TO MATURE FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE APPLICATION.


Application

Sealing of wider cracks
Wider cracks to be filled by 'THUNDERPROOF putty' first. Prepare 'THUNDERPROOF Putty' by mixing of 2 Kg. THUNDERPROOF with 0.75 Kg of white Portland cement.
After filling of cracks, wait for curing for 1 hour & then apply THUNDERPROOF coating.


Brush Coating application
Apply two coats of THUNDERPROOF by brush to get best performance at an interval of 2-3 hours. (Apply second coat only if necessary).


Cleaning
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with Xylene; Toluene or Ketonic solvents.
