Mastergrout CNS-100
It is a specially formulated cementitious grout which has excellent shrink resistance properties. The very high initial and ultimate strengths makes it suitable for applications below load bearing areas where high static and dynamic loads occur. The high strength cementitious grout has unique formulation which doesn't cause corrosion of machine parts, bolts etc. in contact with it.

MASTERGROUT CNS- 1 00 withstand the alternating loading of 250 Kg/Cm2 & 50 Kg/Cm2 at the rate of 500 cycle per minute for two million cycles.

Features / Advantages

  • It is free from harmful chlorides and other aggressive chemicals which attack steel and hence ensure non-corrosive supporting system.
  • It is easy to mix and apply as only water of a definite quantity has to be added as site to the ready made grout.
  • It has special additives and graded aggregates which are compatible with concrete substrates.


Direction for use & dosage

  • Before grouting clean all surfaces coming in contact with Mastergrout CNS-l00. All types of contaminations such as fat, oils. dust and cement slurry must be removed.
  • The concrete substrates should be thoroughly wetted and saturated with water.
  • Mix 4.95litres of water (w/p ratio = 0.165) or 5.10 litres per 30 Kg. bag (w/p ratio 0.17) of grout depending upon the flow required.
  • Mix mechanically and ensure homogeneous mix.
  • When grouting thickness is over 100 mm (below base plate) mix 12 mm - 5 mm coarse aggregate (Aggregate content = 50% to 100% by wt. of MASTERGROUT CNS-100)
  • Exposed surfaces of MASTERGROUT CNS-100 should be cured like concrete. In order to avoid premature evaporation of the water, start curing as soon as the grout reaches its touch hard state Curing upto a minimum of 7 days is must.
  • While grouting with this and upto approximately 3 hours later, strong vibrations of any kind should be avoided.
  • While grouting ensure that there are no air voids remain. The grout must have maximum contact area.
  • It should be poured in one side only. Never add any other ingredients like cement, sand. fibre admixture etc. . Do not use vibrators, it is a free flowing grout which doesn't need any compaction.
  • Never use MASTERGROUT CNS-100 after 30 minutes of mixing. Under any circumstances do not use more water than specified (Normal w/p ratio for maximum flow is 0.1 7).
  • Check the date of manufacture before use.


Cleaning of Tools & Equipments
Tools and equipment can be cleaned with water.


Storage And Shelf Life
It should be stored in cool and dry conditions. Shelf life is six months from the date of manufacturing. Packing 30 Kg. Bag.


Precautions

  • lt is non toxic, non-flammable
  • Use gloves while mixing and pouring of MASTERGROUT CNS-l 00.
  • Splash eyes with plenty of water and medical advice has to be taken if contacted with eyes.
