DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Techfloor Top Coat -110 is applied
to a sound, clean, dry substrate in
order to achieve maximum adhesion
between the substrate and coating.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface with wire brush
to remove loose particles and excess
latence. It can be removed by light
sand blasting.
For a dirty surface, acid etching
is recommended. Treat the surface
with 20% Hydrochloric acid solution
for 30 minutes. Clean the salts &
excess acid by washing the surface
with water till it is neutralized.
Allow the surface to dry completely.
Water should be applied after 15-16
hours from the time of Techfloor application.
MIXING
Techfloor Top Coat-110 is supplied
in pre-measured quantities ready to
use on site. Mix content of both the
containers in their individual containers
first. Then mix Part I with Part II
to a homogenous mix. Allow it to mature
for 15-20 minutes. Do not add solvent
or thinner.
APPLICATION
Apply the mixed Techfloor Top Coat-110
by brush or spray as a continuous
film at a coverage rate mentioned
above.
CLEANING OF TOOLS & EQUIPMENTS
Tool and equipments can be cleaned
immediately with solvents like Xylene.
Toluene or Acetone etc.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store the material at a cool &
dry place (at 25°C Temp. &
50% RH.) Shelf life is one year when
materials are stored in unopened containers
as per recommended storage conditions.

PRECAUTIONS:
- Materials should be handled with
gloves.
- When it falls on the skin, use
plenty of water and soup to wash
the skin.
- When it is splashed on the eyes,
wash the eyes with plenty of water
and take medical advice.
