SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove irregularities on the surface
to be coated by using sand paper. Clean
the wall so that no loose dust can be
accumulated on the surface.
MIXING & DIRECTION
FOR USE
- Mix one bag (30 Kg) of CHOKSEY
PUTTY with 12-15 Liters of clean
water. After mixing to a uniform
consistency, let the composition
stand for 15 minutes and then mix
again before using.
- The putty is now ready for application.
Thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm depending
on the surface being coated.
- For painted surfaces, CHOKSEY
PUTTY is leveled smooth after application
using a steel trowel.
- CHOKSEY PUTTY when mixed with
water is to be used within 4 hours.
- CHOKSEY PUTTY is water resistant
and suitable in either dry or wet
interior such as bathrooms, toilets
and kitchens as well as for exterior.
- In hot dry condition the putty
should be cured with water spray
for min 2 days.
CLEARING OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS:
Tools and equipments can be easily
cleaned with water.
PACKING: 30 KG
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
CHOKSEY PUTTY must be stored in dry
conditions like cement. Shelf life
is one year from the date of manufacturing.
