Typical Application

• HP Epoxy Coating can be used as a protective coating, Anticorrosive system for metal structures like MS, reinforced bars, steel rods etc

Direction for use

Surface Preparation
It is essential that H P Epoxy Coating should be applied to clean dry substrate in order to achieve maximum adhesion between the coating substrate. All loose particles should be removed by wire brush, scraping with emery paper.


Mixing
H P Epoxy Coating is supplied in pre weighed packs, which are ready to use on site. Extra thinner can be added in to mixed coating as per the application conditions.


Cleaning
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with Xylene, Toluene, Acetone or Ketone solvents.


Precautions

• •Some people are sensitive to resins, hardeners, solvents & its vapours so it is advisable to use hand gloves and goggles.
• At low temperatures, drying & curing periods will be prolonged.
• In case of eye contamination, wash well with plenty of clean cold water and seek for medical advice.
• Shelf life of the unmixed materials is one year from the date of manufacture
