Direction for use
DOSAGE:
Dose of 500 cc per 50 Kg. bag of cement
is usually sufficient to produce flowing
concrete with 8 to 10% water reduction.
To expect 25-30% water reduction,
1000 cc per 50 Kg. bag of cement is
required. Add Masterplast SPL-1 to
the concrete mix along with the mixing
water (gauging water) by using measured
container or dispenser. Stir well
before use.
For best results it should be added
to the concrete mix two minutes prior
to pouring. Mixing period of 2-3 minutes
is suficient for mixing in efficient
concrete mixers and for 5-7 minutes
for average truck mixing. To obtain
maximum advantages of MasterPlast
SPL -1, concrete mix should be redesigned
or tested by normal trail batch methods.
CLeaning of
Tools & Equipments
Tools and equipments can be cleaned
with water.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store the material at a cool &
dry place (at 25°C Temp. &
50% RH). Shelf life is Two Year. It
will freeze at (thawing) temperatures
but can be reconstituted by stirring.

PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with dry cement. Add to
mixing (gauging) water or directly
to the wet mix. Stir well before use.
