MASTERPROOF IWP-1 is a liquid integral waterproofing (admixture) for cement concrete and mortar. The water proofing constituent of the Masterproof IWP-1 does not
get dissolved in water in which it is added and remains in the hardened concrete as a permanent constituent.
One of the constituent is water reducing agent which
allows the reduction of water content of the concrete
mix thus increasing the strength of the concrete while maintaining the workability. It does not alter the
setting time of the concrete mortar.

Direction for use

Dosage:

Stir well the material before use.
Dose of 100 ml per 50 kgs. bags of cement is usually sufficient to produce 'watertight' concrete or mortar. Dose can be increased to get maximum advantages, concrete mix can be redesigned and tested by normal trial batch methods.
Add Masterproof IWP-1 to the mixing (gauging) water. Water content should be reduced accordingly to achieve the most effective waterproofing and strength to the concrete / mortar.



Cleaning of Tools & Equipments
Tools and equipments can be cleaned with water.


Storage and Shell Life
Store the material at a cool & dry place (at 25°C Temp. & 50% RH). Shelf life is two years.

Precautions
  • Do not mix with dry cement
  • Add to mixing (gauging) water
